Delete your data

You can have everything Reperor holds about you deleted: your content, your scripts and results, and the access tokens for every account you connected.

Ask for deletion

1. Write to usSend an email to privacy@reperor.com with the subject "Delete my data", from the address you use with Reperor, naming the accounts you connected.
2. We confirm and deleteReperor deletes your data within 30 days and confirms by email, with a reference you can use to check the deletion was done.

Remove access yourself, at once

You can cut Reperor off from an account right now, from the platform's own settings:

• Facebook and Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites (or Business integrations on Instagram), then remove Reperor. Facebook sends Reperor a deletion request when you do, and Reperor deletes the data it holds from that account.
• YouTube (Google): myaccount.google.com/permissions, then Reperor, then Remove access.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security, then Apps and services permissions, then remove Reperor.

Removing access stops Reperor reading or posting at once. To delete what Reperor already stored, also send the email above.

What is kept after deletion

Only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records, for as long as it requires. Videos you already published stay on your own accounts until you delete them there.
