Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Reperor, run by Lovro Lučić, Croatia ("Reperor", "we"). By using it you agree to them.
What Reperor does
Reperor helps you plan, write, make, publish and measure short videos and ads, from your own words and footage and, when you choose, with generated scenes, voices or presenters. Nothing is published to an account you connect until you approve it.
Your account and your connections
You must be 18 or older and have the right to use the accounts you connect. You are responsible for what is posted on your accounts, including anything you approve that Reperor made. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload and to what Reperor makes for you. You give Reperor permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions for what you upload, including the consent of anyone who appears or speaks in it.
What you may not do
- Make claims your product does not deliver, or present a generated person as a real customer describing results they did not have.
- Clone a voice or make a likeness of anyone without their written consent.
- Break the rules of the platforms you publish to, or any law, including advertising and consumer-protection law.
- Use Reperor to harass anyone, to deceive, or to publish unlawful content.
Reperor refuses a claim it cannot trace to a fact you gave and labels generated people and voices, but you remain responsible for what you publish.
Generated content
Pictures, video, voices and text made with AI may contain mistakes. Review everything before you approve it. Generated people and voices are labelled as generated where the platform or the law requires it.
Third-party services
Reperor works through platforms and AI providers whose own terms also apply to you when you use them through Reperor, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and Meta's terms for Instagram and Facebook. Reperor is not responsible for their availability or decisions.
Fees
If a paid plan applies to you, its price and billing are agreed with you in writing before you are charged.
Liability
Reperor is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the results of content you approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Reperor at any time and have your data deleted (how). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
