Privacy policy

Reperor helps creators and businesses make short videos and ads from their own words and footage, publish them to the accounts they connect, and learn from how they perform. This policy says what Reperor collects, why, how long it keeps it, who it shares it with, and how you can have it deleted.

What Reperor collects

What you give it

• Your name, email address and the details of your business or channel that you enter.
• The videos, recordings, pictures and text you upload, and the facts you give about your product.
• Your approvals and choices: which topics, scripts, hooks and videos you keep or reject.

What it reads from the accounts you connect

• YouTube (Google): your channel's basic details, your videos' titles and transcripts where available, and their view and watch-time statistics. Reperor uploads the videos you approve and sets their thumbnails.
• TikTok: your basic account details and the status of the videos Reperor posts for you.
• Instagram and Facebook (Meta): your professional account's basic details, your posts' insights (views, reach, saves, shares, watch time), and the comments on your own posts. Reperor publishes the reels and posts you approve, and replies to comments only when you approve it.

Public information

To show what performs in your field, Reperor reads publicly available posts and ads (for example, public profile pages and ad libraries) and public forum questions. It keeps the post's link, its public numbers and its text, never the private details of the people who wrote it.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To provide the service you asked for: make, publish and measure your content (performance of a contract).
• To keep the service safe, fix problems and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal duties, such as labelling content made with AI where the law requires it (legal obligation).

Reperor does not sell personal data, does not use it for advertising profiles, and does not use your content or your connected accounts' data to train machine-learning models.

Google user data

Reperor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from your YouTube account is used only to upload the videos you approve, set their thumbnails and report their performance to you. It is not transferred to others except as needed to provide these features, to comply with law, or with your consent; it is not used for advertising; and no person reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Reperor uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Reperor's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who it is shared with

Only the service providers Reperor needs to do its work, each bound to use the data only for that work:

• AI model providers that write text or make pictures, voices or video when you ask for it (for example xAI, Google, ElevenLabs, fal and Higgsfield). They receive only what that one piece needs.
• Cloud storage and hosting (Cloudflare), for files on their way to a platform, deleted after use.
• The platforms you connect, when you publish.

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. Where they are, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long it is kept

• Access tokens for connected accounts: until you disconnect the account or delete your data.
• Your content, scripts and results: for as long as you use Reperor, then deleted within 30 days of your request.
• Files sent to a platform for publishing: deleted from storage as soon as the platform has fetched them.
• Records needed for billing or the law: as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Write to privacy@reperor.com; Reperor answers within 30 days. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr), or the authority where you live.

Voices, faces and consent

Reperor clones a voice or makes a likeness of a real person only with that person's written consent, recorded before anything is made, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time. Content with generated people or voices is labelled as generated where it is published.

Children

Reperor is for businesses and adult creators. It is not meant for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, Reperor will tell you by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
